Duopody Reflexology
Advanced Healing Through Both Feet
Duopody Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet.

Duopody Reflexology works on all areas of the body, mind and organs through the feet to bring about relaxation, ease stress and tension and help the body to balance into its natural healing process.

I specialise in Duopody Reflexology which treats both feet at the same time.
The technique uses ‘reflected anatomy’.
Your treatment will be based on the newly developed PodyCharts by Annie Trigg and Sue Alma Evans where the bones of the body’s skeleton have been directly reflected onto the feet, using x-rays.
Every system and organ have been precisely mapped onto the feet to create an exact anatomical reflection of the body on the feet.
What Makes Duopody Different?
Unlike traditional reflexology that works on one foot at a time, Duopody reflexology treats both feet together, creating a more balanced and comprehensive treatment. This advanced approach is based on the revolutionary PodyCharts developed by Annie Trigg and Sue Alma Evans, which use X-ray technology to precisely map the body's anatomy onto the feet.

What to expect during treatment
Your first session includes a comprehensive health consultation (75 minutes) where we discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and wellness goals. This allows me to create a personalised treatment plan just for you. During the treatment, you may feel slight sensitivity in certain areas - this provides valuable information about imbalances in your body that need attention.

Follow-up sessions (60 minutes) are tailored to your progress and changing needs. The treatment is deeply relaxing, providing a sacred space for your body to rebalance and rejuvenate.
Important Notes Duopody reflexology is a complementary therapy that works alongside conventional healthcare. Whilst deeply therapeutic, it cannot diagnose, cure or prescribe. Some contraindications include active foot infections, prominent varicose veins, DVT, and unstable heart conditions.
