I'm delighted to be offering Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift the Bergman Method. Learning from Ziggie Bergman was an honour and privilege. She has over 20 years experience and continues to teach at the London School of Reflexology and carries out treatments worldwide.
Facial Reflexology focuses on Reflex (pressure) points on the face, which help stimulate the body's healing mechanisms and help improve circulation and nerve communication, encouraging the release of toxins from the body via the Lymphatic system.

All the products I use are vegan friendly and cruelty free and are made by hand not by machines. They contain 100% Organic and Natural ingredients which were ethically sourced and traceable. The products are packaged in boxes that are printed with vegetable dyes using chemical free processes.

Please be aware treatment can not be offered if you have had fillers or Botox within the past 3 weeks. Treatment can be offered on the 4th week after receiving Botox or Fillers. Face Lift clients can come for treatment 3 months after your operation. Not suitable for clients with open wounds and communicable diseases.
